Free Initial Consultation
Our first on-site meeting to discuss your renovation or extension ideas. Offering our professional advice on your dreams to tailor an option that specifically meets your requirements & provide an indication on costs.
Initial Concept Designs
If you do not already have your own building designs or plans, our in-house designer & architect will prepare a plan that ticks all your boxes and meets all the necessary requirements to obtain building approval.
Online Build Portal
Once we have your concept design we set you up with our 24/7 accessible online portal to track the progress of your project, create selections, financial data, construction schedules & an overview of each milestone.
Fine Detail Stage
We work alongside you to finalise your construction drawings and selections. We then send it to our engineer for approval and create your Fixed Price Building Contract.
Time to Build
We organise and submit all the documentation to obtain council approval. We notify you through every step of the build and begin transforming your home.
Handover
The best part of any build. We hand your dream home over to you for you and your family to enjoy. Including handing over appliance warranties & a
6.5 year structural warrenty
Warranty
On every build we also offer our 12 month maintenance warranty, meaning we are able to send someone out right away for any minor touchups needed.

Can I live in my home during the project?
For some renovations, where a part of the existing house remains untouched, staying in your home is often possible. However, larger projects might require relocation for safety and convenience. We discuss this with you during the planning phase.
